These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of skingrid.trade (the "Site"), operated by SkinGrid LLC ("SkinGrid", "we", "us").
SkinGrid LLC is a digital marketing and software development company registered in Wyoming, United States. We provide business-to-business services including digital advertising, marketing campaign management, brand promotion, lead generation, social media marketing, search engine marketing, marketing consulting, website and web application development, business automation, system integrations, technical support, and custom software solutions.
SkinGrid LLC does not provide financial services, cryptocurrency exchange services, or gambling services, and does not hold customer funds.
The Site is provided for informational purposes and for submitting business inquiries. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or submit false or misleading information.
Submitting an inquiry through the Site does not create a contract. All service engagements are governed by separate written agreements (project agreements, service agreements, or retainer contracts) executed between SkinGrid LLC and the client.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkinGrid LLC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.
